Enrico and his mom were friendly and helpful. Enrico speaks English and German. Beautiful interior patio and breakfast area. Great breakfast with cappuccino and rolls. Quiet location for peaceful walks.

It is just the best place for people who would like to enjoy their time by the sea..... The room are very nice... Enrico and his wife are wonderful host.

We loved the strategic location in this city with a bus station around the corner, making transportation very easy. Also, the hotel's proximity to the sea made it a great opportunity for us to enjoy the beach. The cleanliness was impeccable, and we appreciated the availability of parking. Finally, the friendly staff made our stay even more pleasant.

Owner is very kind, and good English speaker. It's small size and not so brand-new, but like home.

Location is difficult. The sign is impossible to see while driving. It's better to park car near the address, then search by foot, or call hotel.

Everything was very fine, comfortable and friendly.

We enjoyed our stay near the beautiful marina and close to the supermarket. The room was clean and charming, with a comfortable bed and a hot shower. The breakfast was delicious, and the staff was helpful and friendly. We also had a great time exploring the long and sandy beaches and the lovely promenade near the hotel.

The location was a bit far from the main city, and finding the bus stop could be challenging, according to some guests' reviews.

Arriving by night the only way to reach it was by taxi (expensive!).

This hotel offers great value for money. The prices are affordable and you get good quality in return. The attention to detail is impressive, with clean towels and rooms equipped with air conditioning. The location is fantastic, just a short walk from the new harbour and the beautiful sandy beach. Additionally, the hotel is conveniently close to a supermarket, making it easy to get any essentials you may need. The staff is friendly and the basic amenities are well taken care of. The breakfast included in the stay is a nice touch, ensuring a good start to the day.

Very nice hosts! Good breakfast, room was very nice and cosy even if it was a bit small. 20Min from Pisa airport and from Pisa city center. 5Min walf from the sea.

Ideal location in a quiet street, close to bus stop and local shops and restaurants. Welcoming and helpful owner.- Inner courtyard was a wonderful place to relax with both shade and sunny areas.

No tea/coffee making facilities in the room, which would have been convenient. No breakfast service available, which was a bit disappointing.

Great Service. As we had to Take the Ferry next Morning very early we got a wonderful breakfast for Take-away.

We both thought the staff were excellent as were the room's. We want to take our family back there next year
